CareCraft Connection Individualized Skill & Socialization Day Program
CareCraft Connection is year-round, Monday-Friday from 8:30am-2:30pm.
Participants engage in a wide-range of activities, including:
– Dedicated exercise time
– Personal hygiene awareness
– Calming meditation
– Educational curriculum
– Art & crafts curated by Carecraft Staff & the participants
– Music therapy
– Reading time
– Community outings
– Karaoke
Field trips in and around the Arlington area and DFW Metroplex are very important at Carecraft Connection as well as community involvement.
Outings include events such as:
– Library
– Alley Cat’s bowling
– Mall scavenger hunt
– Park visits
– Sporting events and many more!

Community-based Housing
CareCraft’s community-based homes are 3 bedroom residential homes in the community. Our exceptional DCP staff provide independence and create an environment where each individual can thrive physically, emotionally, and socially. It is our top priority to respect and preserve individuals rights and privacy. Weekend activities allow for enjoyable engagement and enhanced socialization skills.
DCP 24/7 support staff aid individuals with:
– Learning new skills
– Learning household chores
– Socialization
– Discovering new hobbies & interests
– Improving independence
– Being comfortable in group settings
– Participating in the community
