Individualized Skills & Socialization Day Program
CareCraft Connection Individualized Skills & Socialization Day Program is a place for Special Needs individuals to learn, grow, nurture relationships with their peers and actively participate in the community.
CareCraft Connection is designed to meet the unique social, emotional, and educational needs of each participant at their individual level of need.
We maintain a licensed, safe, professional, and stimulating environment while at the same time providing social, emotional, and educational support.
Community-Based Housing
CareCraft offers community- based housing where individuals with IDD and Special Needs can live as independently as possible while receiving 24/7 staff support.
Residential Care
CareCraft provides Host Home Companion Care (HHCC). This program allows individuals with Special Needs and IDDs to live with a family in the community.
When choosing a Host Home we take great care in considering the needs, skills, and personalities of all parties involved to ensure it is an exceptional fit for the individual being placed.
Our vet’d Hosts care for and provide a loving home and 24/7 assistance to individuals with Special Needs and IDDs.

Specialized Therapies
At CareCraft we are fully invested in and capable of providing assessment and treatment by licensed or certified professionals.

Respite
CareCraft provides temporary relief for parents and primary caregivers of Special Needs individuals. This service enables parents and caregivers to have a self-care break.
Respite Care can take place in ones home or at CareCraft Connection Day Program.
